OK I’m getting real with you this week…

Today I want to talk to you about the biggest thing I’ve done in my life and business in the last decade: changing my mindset. Learning how to manage our thoughts is a game changer for all areas of our life. But why is this such a big deal?

Over the years, I’ve worked with many small business owners and women CEOs, and I’ve offered them all the same business tools (which I use too!). Some people took the tools and saw results—while others, not so much. Here’s the thing: the best business tools don’t matter if your mindset isn’t helping you achieve things. Tools are wonderful, but they only work if our mind is set up for success too.

When I first started exploring just how important mindset is, I had to work on myself first—because I realized this was going to be the key for my coaching and my consulting business. So, what did I do? I went straight to the source of mindset work and became a certified life coach. And it changed everything in my life—from my marriage, to my relationship with my daughter, with my friends and with my business.

It’s our minds that tell us we have bad ideas or that things won’t work out. But there’s a way past all that.
