A few years ago, I had a major meltdown when it came to time. To be real, I had multiple meltdowns. I kept thinking if I just had a few more hours or if a snow day would pop up, then I could finally catch up and get ahead.
I was always scheming and trying to figure out how to win and beat my nemesis, time. But when I thought these thoughts, like “I never have enough time”, they left me feeling completely overwhelmed! I’d go into thought spirals, consumed by everything I had to do and what I thought was the lack of time to do it all!
The truth is I didn’t need more time as in hours added to the day. I needed to learn how to ADD more time in my 24 hours. That’s when everything changed for me!
