The Values That Guide Us
We are forever students of this work and we promise to keep improving. We know we will get it wrong sometimes. We welcome feedback on how we can do better.
Be a conscious leader.
We are early adopters and are progressive in our thinking. We work to ensure that our intention and impact are the same. We listen and learn more than we talk.
Cultivate a growth mindset.
We are open-minded and eager to grow. We encourage awareness and questioning and do our own internal work until we’re clear on a topic. We choose our commitments carefully and believe they’re possible, that we can make a difference and that we can do hard things.
Be honest and direct.
This means speaking up when we see something happening that’s not right, or being honest and being willing for someone to be honest with us. We choose honesty over drama—with clients, team members and with ourselves.
Advocate for Justice.
We regularly examine our beliefs, challenge them and educate ourselves on social justice, climate, environmental and human rights issues. We advocate for justice in the world but also with our company policies.
Reveal beauty in the world.
Through our interior design work, through promoting and encouraging creative entrepreneurs, and through amplifying all voices.

A Few Additional Things
We give on
an as-needed basis.
Whether to local food banks, disaster relief funds, or other people in need, we regularly contribute to trending and current causes as funds are available.
We weren't
always here.
We built our way up to this level of philanthropy, just as you will. This is a HUGE reason we believe this It’s so important for women to build wealth so we can all contribute to causes that are dedicated to changing our world for the better.
We work with
everyone.
In addition to our philanthropic efforts and charity contributions, we choose to primarily work with other small businesses, especially black-owned, women-owned, LGBTQ-owned, and other minority-owned businesses.
