Ep #6: One Key Goal at a Time

Will you have accomplished half of your goals for the year by the time we hit the mid-year mark? Or do you need to get serious? Today, I have something that can help you be more successful with your goals and, if you start using it right now, will make a big difference in you achieving everything you’ve set out for the second half of the year. What I’m talking about is the power of having just one goal at a time.

Now, how does that make sense when there are so many things we want to accomplish? It’s all about understanding and practicing “the disciplined pursuit of less,” which I learned from the incredible book, Essentialism by Greg McKeown, and taking massive action.

After reflecting on my own productivity, before I started using the method I’m sharing with you today, I noticed that although I was accomplishing a lot, because I took on a lot, I was really only reaching 60% of my goals.
