There is so much going on in our country right now. We haven’t fully recovered from the pandemic, voting rights are being taken away or challenged, and now women’s rights are being removed nationally. My feelings in the last week have oscillated between sad and angry since the overturning of Roe v. Wade.
The unbelievable reality is that in our country, guns have more rights than humans in a lot of ways, something that continues to be the case even though we have witnessed so many lives be taken. If this isn’t enough, many people including myself are worried about what the Supreme Court may do next, and what other rights they will overturn. So where do we go from here?
In this episode, I share my thoughts on women’s rights, social justice, and forced pregnancy. Hear why I do not believe that women’s bodies should be controlled by our government, and one of the most important things we can do right now as women to fight for our rights and keep making the progress that is needed.
