Design Summer Camp Session 1: Design 101

Posted by

Well it’s finally here, yes, the time is at hand to pitch my designer tent and don my camp director’s hat.

I am filled with excitement. I can hardly wait! My first Design Summer Camp session is tonight.

The agenda is jam-packed with Tobi’s Tips and more. Here’s a little of what we have in store.

For starters, there will be tips for creating floor plans with success.

Well discuss the perfect paints and which combinations are best.

Campers will be filling their journals with color pairings that pop!

But this isn’t where the fun will stop…

They’ll learn to make great first impressions with color palettes that say Wow!

And to maximize seating, yes, I’ll show them how.

They’ll learn confidence is key for layering hues

And we may even talk about “tenting” with color too!

At the end of the session they’ll pair color with ease

And proper furniture placement will now be a breeze.

And to think all this info comes in just Session 1 and we have 3 more weeks of Design Summer Camp fun!

For those of us who can’t drop everything and come to camp, any chance you’re videotaping it to sell once camp ends? Or, is there a webinar/camp series in your future, maybe?
