Barclay Butera Blog

As I mentioned in a recent post, I really loved the new introductions at the Barclay Butera Home showroom in High Point.  I am a huge fan of Barclay’s furniture anyway, especially the wing chairs as you all know.  And this market his display was so fresh and new in shades of bright red, navy and light blue that I was really blown away! Here are a few more of the pieces that I especially loved!

This chair is so handsome and perfect as an accent!

I am crazy about this red Harbour sofa…I wish I had a second home to put it in!!

And the Wyland, my second favorite of Barclay’s wing chairs behind the Hyland looks spectacular in this red stripe!

And Barclay’s latest Wing chair addition, the Baxter, is sure to be one of my new favorites as well! It is very comfy and I love the shape of the wings and the nail head detailing!

When I was searching online to find some of these photos of the gorgeous things I had seen at market, I came across the fun new blog my Zak Graff, National Sales Manager for Barclay Butera Home.  Zak is so charming and fun and I had a great time visiting with him again this market and seeing him at the House Beautiful party! His blog called Employee Benefits, is a place for employees of Barclay Butera Home to feature all the fabulous things that are happening in their company and their lives. It looks like Zak is just getting started but take a look at the other fabulous photos from market and look for fun upcoming posts! Zak is full of personality so he won’t have any trouble keeping us all entertained with Employee Benefits! The only trouble Zak will have is balancing all of his many responsibilities and travels with Barclay Butera Home and his new life as a blogger!  But I am sure he will be just fine!

And you can also follow Zak on Twitter here like I do!

  1. The Barclay Butera pieces are so very traditional. I am happy to see this in light of the tends these past few years to go contemporary (not B.Butera exactly).

Do you think design trends are heading back towards the more traditional?
