We all seem to be crazy about the Marjorie Skouras chandelier that is featured in my project in the March issue of House Beautiful. There is just something mesmerizing about this blue beauty that makes us all drool.
Marjorie is such a creative genius in the way she reinterprets a classic empire form in such a clever new way.
And one of my favorite designers Jan Showers, has her own turquoise beauty. Only hers is fantastic in Venetian glass.
I recently found this glass beaded stunner on the blog This is Glamorous. Isn’t it just to die for?
And speaking of beads, isn’t this detail of the Shine Home turquoise chandelier fantastic.
Akin to the Marjorie version, this gorgeous bright blue fixture would add just the perfect pop of color to any space, casual or formal.
On this snowy 9th day of Things I Love, I am thinking about gorgeous turquoise chandeliers. Guess I just need a little excitement to cure my cabin fever.

Tobi,
I love it when you make a list!
Just added your beautiful blog to my list of “Beautiful Blogs” so that I can stay more in touch with all the great things that you are up to.
Have a great snow day…we FINALLY got one today.

What’s NOT to love about turquoise?!
You are so right–it’s that extra pop of color–
I think it’s fun, cheery and sophisticated all in one.
Congratulations on the cover of House Beautiful.
Your work is LOVELY!

Beautiful blog! And well edited! I thought my love affair with turquoise chandeliers was over until I saw that last image. Desperately trying to figure out a way to incorporate it into my home as I type!
I love your work. Pleasure to read your thoughts in blog format! I”ll be back!
