Returns

  • Approved returned items, must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • Returns will be made for even exchanges or for store credit.  No money will be returned.
  • Customer will be responsible for return shipping charges
  • Must be returned in same packaging as was shipped in
  • Custom items may result in a 20% restocking fee
  • Damaged items- will need to email info@tobifairley.com within 72 hours of receipt. We will replace the item at no additional charge.
  • To return an item, please include your invoice and reason for returning
  • We will send a form upon receipt of email
  • List our return address.

Shipping Information

  • Tobi Fairley Home strives to offer one-of- a -kind products.  For this reason, each item has a different lead time because each product is made to order
  • Lead times are as follows: (will insert this info by photo of product)
  • Shipping occurs during business hours M-F, excluding holidays. We will email you with any updates regarding delays caused by backorders, etc. At that time, you will have the option of cancelling  your order with a full refund or exchange upon  request.
  • All orders will be shipped once they arrive.  Separate shipments may occur if one of your items is available before the full order is received.

Shipping & Handling Charges

  • Larger items such as heavy/bulky  pieces of furniture will have a delivery and processing surcharge. This will be listed with the price of the product.
  • We will ship to the to the 48 contiguous states. A custom freight quote will be given for anyone outside of this area and the prepayment of freight will be due prior to shipping.

Tax

Sales tax will not be charged for any purchases outside of Arkansas.  However, Arkansas residence are required by law to pay a sales tax rate of 7.5%. do we have to pay a use tax??
