Balance is always the key element to any style.  Too much of anything, no matter how wonderful, can be overwhelming.  But what about how it pertains to real life in motion?  The natural ebb and flow of life tends to be a lot of flow, at times, and not enough ebb.

Sounds like its time to prioritize. Is happiness at the top of your list?  Is it the first thing on your agenda in the morning?  Chances are that if you do it first thing in the morning, it won’t fall off the bottom of your never-ending “to do’s.”

Take a moment to figure out one thing that you can do for YOU.  Are you with me?  Now write it down, breathe, and turn it into action.  This may require getting up before anyone else in your household, but I promise you’ll be happier after taking the time to invest in yourself (you are, afterall, a great investment :) )

Imagine how much different your day is going to be! It may be the piece that allows you to create order out of chaos.
