Loved this article! I’ve been working a lot with “greige” recently as well; my own dining room is the first color on your list – SW 0037 Morris Room Gray!
Our firm is seeing a tend toward greige tones here in New England. We went through a similar cycle in the mid 80′s – paired with mauves. I’m much happier with the brighter tones that I see with them this time round.
At the time, my favorite was Ben Moore’s Lambswool. It was a very warm cozy color… I wonder if the formula is tucked away in their archives.
