One of my favorites in the furniture world is the colorful collection from Somerset Bay. They take traditional forms updated for a modern lifestyle and add that punch of color my interiors are known for! I used several Somerset Bay pieces in the lakehouse guest room featured in this month’s Home & Garden feature.
The Catalina Poster Bed in Jelly Bean Green is one of my favorites. The Mercer Island Bedside Chest is shown in the delicious Custard finish. The Pinehurst Double Bench in Creme Brulee is a curvaceous beauty for any room!
The Mendocino Table in the yummy Cotton Candy finish is the perfect side table in any casual and sophisticated room. The playful lines of this table look wonderful with the slightly distressed finish.
The bold graphic panels of the Sullivan’s Island Bench in the Creme Brulee finish have me swooning. I think all rooms need a bold graphic statement and this definitely fits the bill. This bench would look fabulous in a mudroom or in the casual entry of a charming weekend house.
Look at those finish choices! You know my love of color and these colors are right up my alley. And with names like custard, key lime pie and cotton candy, they’re absolutely scrumptious.
