Check out the March features!

Posted by

It’s the first day of the month and the March blog features are posted for your reading pleasure.  You’ll find them on the right side of this page.  I’ve got so much to share with you this month!

This month’s Home & Garden feature is a wonderful vacation home I designed perched high above a scenic lake.

My Style column features the impressive gardening talents of P. Allen Smith.  This is a Q&A you don’t want to miss!

Traveling with your family this Spring Break?  Be sure to check out the Travel feature that’s all about traveling with children.

My entertaining feature is all about a wonderful daffodil party with P. Allen Smith.

The What’s Hot? section this month is all about stripes.

In this month’s Color Coded, I investigate Lime Green and hear from the talented Mary Douglas Drysdale.

Enjoy!

  1. Hi Toby, Love the “Lime Green” or citron section–that’s a color that has been on my mind a lot lately and I have been lucky enough to obtain a large and unusual 60s fragment of “Citron” and ivory Fortuny–just perfect for pillows–now to find the perfect silk backing. Mary

I love your lake house. I am from Louisville, Ky and building a house on Rough River Lake. I am so undecided about cabinets in the kitchen. I am having Knotty Pine throughout the house. Do you think cream cabinets would be nice or just stick with a color from the Knotty Pine?
I would appreciate your help so much. You are a talented designer and I love your blog. Thanks Rosie

  3. [...] What a perfect addition to a backyard! This red, white, and blue hammock is so charming and can bring some much needed color and character to your outdoor space. (Via Tobi Fairley) [...]
