Lake Ouachita in Arkansas is absolutely gorgeous! I was so thrilled when I got the chance to design a vacation home overlooking this natural gem. You’ve seen the house in this month’s Home & Garden feature and you saw the Before and After post. Now I take you a little deeper. I thought I’d share some of the surrounding scenery and also share some of my sources that made this project a gem itself.

Dear Tobi,
Wow what an amazing gem at Lake Ouachita I love the beautiful rooms and the exciting graphic textiles you utilized to bring them to life. You really dressed our Exposed Wood Wing Chair stunningly!
I found your blog because of the reference to lightsmith wood grills, our company is called Texas Lightsmith, Inc. and we make all sorts of products that may interest you in copper, brass, bronze and nickel silver. Such as range hoods, chandeliers, apron sinks, and so much more. Beautiful design work, love the details! I love your background image, too!
Tobi, I just had to take a minute to say THANK YOU for being so willing to share your sources and allow others into your design process. As a fellow designer, it is refreshing to find peers with a willingness to share rather than guard, so THANK YOU.
Fabulous project, as always.
Leah
LOVE everything you do! Thank you for the inspiration and sharing these sources!! I am wanting to come to one of your design camps soon!
