All-American Superstar with Denese from Thoughtful Content

All-American Superstar (in 20 min’s or less)

Wouldn’t it be nice if the creative spirit America is known for came natural? What if you were a Superstar at simply being yourself?

Fortunately, Superstar potential is already there, within each and every one of you.  It doesn’t matter how old you are, which schools you attended or how far you can throw a football.  All you have to do is practice…  Pick one of the following ways, start today and I promise you’ll become more powerful in your blog, career, relationships, health and life…

A reminder to never forget to enjoy the scenery – a Superstar in red, white and blue :)

Sit.  The most confusing thing about meditation is that we think we’re not doing it right if we have thoughts…If you’re human, you’re going to have thoughts. Sitting simply slows us down and lets the good stuff get through – creativity, intuition, your unique voice. It takes me about 20 minutes to settle down. Start with two and see where it takes you.

Meditation photos are over-used. Sit with this Superstar and feel the love…

Write.  The hardest part of writing is getting started. Just the act of getting your thoughts on paper can be therapeutic and productive. I didn’t connect with journaling until I found 750words.com, an online journaling site where your words are kept safe, for your eyes only. I notice that no matter what I’m writing about, it takes me about 400 words (10-15 minutes) to get to the good stuff… that must be when my heart kicks in.

Try journaling about everything you’re grateful for… How about Superstars in red, white and blue!

Read. I’ve read many “daily inspiration” type of books. The past few years, I just keep re-reading  Journey to the Heart by Melody Beattie.  It’s written to inspire creative professionals, but I love its personal accountability message. She reminds me that no one other than me is responsible for my happiness, for finding my purpose…and that by following my heart, I’ll have even more to give others.

I also think blogging and social media came along as a way to help us practice. As Tobi’s shown us, they only work if you’re true to yourself.  I attended Tobi’s blog camp and can honestly say she’s the real deal. She’s successful because she cares and gives so freely. Here’s more about the blog camp experience herehere and here.

To help kick-start your Superstar practice, I’d love to give you a FREE trip to meet Tom Brady. Just know that if I could, I would. What I can give you is a FREE Journey to the Heart book (probably much healthier for you in the long run)!

Practicing in these ways have helped me decide to build upon my marketing business and become a certified health and lifestyle counselor. I want to help bloggers, designers, (humans) become their best possible self…

I’ll need practice clients while I go through the program this year.  So, if you’re interested in receiving a FREE health and lifestyle consultation, leave a comment below. I’ll contact you shortly and will select one of you to receive a FREE Journey to the Heart book. To learn more, visit www.thoughtfulcontent.org where I help bloggers blossom.

This is undoubtedly “something I should do” as well…dealing with “retirement” isn’t what I thought it would be. “Beam me up…” franki
