My Perfect Fourth of July with Dabney Lee

Reminder: Only 3 days left until my Tastemaker Tag Sale on One Kings Lane!

Today my guest blogger is Dabney from Dabney Lee Stationery and Dabney Lee at Home. Her preppy style is All-American and fits right in with the blog’s theme this month! xo Tobi

i love summer as much as the next girl, so lucky me, the 4th of july just happens to be one of my favorite holidays! it’s a weekend of relaxing and hanging with family and friends. the weather is almost always perfect and i have the fondest memories celebrating my favorite day of the summer.

my idea of the perfect fourth would be waking up on shelter island, hopping on the south ferry to go over to east hampton and grabbing some fresh donuts at dreesen’s. i would spend the rest of my day lounging in the sun and napping on the hammock, grilling hot dogs and sipping lemonade. i would end my perfect day with a sunset sail and a big ole’ piece of key lime pie. and even though independence day has come and gone this year, you can still recreate this great weekend plan anytime this summer.

happy summer!
