Winter Color Inspiration with Essie

Posted by

Oh you know how I love a new Essie nail polish collection! And Essie’s Winter collection doesn’t disappoint.  It’s cozy, sexy, and romantic all rolled into one, just in time for this holiday season!

I think they are fabulous, what do you think?

Smoking Hot is soft and old-fashioned just like this romatic retreat. Perfect for writing your penpal a sweet nothing in their holiday card.

Going Incognito might be reminiscent of your holiday tree, but during this cold weather time of year, I want to go incognito in this gorgeous draped bed for a few days.

I’ll have a little of Essie’s Hot Coco and I’ll take a cup on my chaise with a cozy throw and a good book!

Silken Cord is the perfect shade of red for entertaining holiday guests and I think this chic space would hold just the perfect number of friends for a christmas cocktail soiree.

Masquerade Belle might be for the Belle of the ball but if my bathroom was this yummy shade of aubergene, I’d make drapes from my silk ball gown and stay in the tub on a cold night instead!

Lux is the perfect description for Essie’s Luxedo and for these rich lacquer walls.  Holiday guest won’t want to leave this sophisticated space so buy a few more bottles of burgundy (wine and polish) so they can sit and stay a while!

Don’t think I could do green but the Hot Coco and Silken Cord are looking pretty appealing. Still hooked on Mink Muffs and Jazz – my two go-to toe colors.

  2. I’m such a fan of Essie, but this collection is even better than usual. I love the deep hues, especially the Masquerade Ball and Luxedo (and the names are priceless).
