Santa thinks it is the most comfortable chair style and I happen to be pretty fond of them myself! I am talking about Wing Chairs.  And to follow up on my post last month on Barclay Butera’s great Wings, I decided to use them as my first ever “Tobi’s Top Ten”.  Look for a new top ten list each month featuring more of my favorite things!!

10. Baker’s Uber-traditional #480.  This is a classic! I love the slight camel-back and cabriole leg.  It looks really great in a dramatic cotton print!

9. The Winslow by Barbara Barry for Henredon is very sophisticated!!

8. I really like the Carter by Mithcell Gold…maybe because it reminds me of my husband! The nailheads look great too!

 

7. The Middleton by Darryl Carter for Thomasville.  I love the masculine feel of this chair and the ottoman is stylish with it’s flaired front legs.

6. Thomas Pheasant’s Modern Wing for Baker.  I love the tufting!!

5. The Hudson River Valley Wing Chair by Ralph Lauren is exceptionally handsome!!

4. The Sophie from Hickory Chair.  I put this in my parents home and it is so comfy!!

3. The Wyland Wing Chair by Barclay Butera is timeless!

2. The Mayfair by Lee Jofa is so interesting with its curves and scalloped detailing.

1. And my all-time favorite…The Hyland by Barclay!! You just can’t go wrong with this one!
